Application Fee
The non-refundable application fee is $53.24 for any leaseholder and $25.00 for any occupant. An occupant is anyone over 18 years old that will not be held responsible for any financial aspects of the apartment. Applicants can complete the application online, apply now.

Lease Terms
Lease terms are usually for 12 months, other terms may be available please discuss with Denning Leasing Staff.

Security Deposit
Basic Security Deposit is $600.00, however an additional security deposit equal to one month’s rent may be required, will be dependent on the applicant’s screening results.

Renters Insurance
Denning recommends all tenants to carry a Renters Insurance Policy during their tenancy.

What is your Pet Policy?
Denning is a dog and cat friendly apartment and will accept pets up to 50 lbs. Pet rent is $40 monthly with a pet deposit of $200.

Do you have Bike Storage?
Bicycle storage is available at no additional cost.

Do you offer Parking?
Parking is available in our garage for $200 per month.  Spaces are distributed on a first come first serve basis and each paid space is assigned and reserved.
